The Solution
Basing the design off of the peterthomasjr.com template, a new mockup was provided and converted into a Wordpress template. Since the new template was closely based on the previously developed template (essentially just changing images and colors) the development time was cut drastically and the new template and website for Studio M Voiceovers was deployed in a very short amount of time.

Naomi is an artist, writer, and story-teller. She had a functioning site, but was frustrated by how difficult it was, if not impossible, to change and update the site. Whenever she wanted to make any significant update to the site, she would be required to ask or hire someone to do it for her. Because of this, the site was rarely updated and information on the site became dated.
The Solution
The answer was to rebuild her site using an open-source content management system (CMS). Since Naomi wanted considerable control and functionality (such as a shopping cart and image galleries) Joomla was chosen. Naomi provided a new site design from which a Joomla site template was built and free open-source components were added to Naomi's Joomla installation. Naomi is now able to add, edit, and remove content through Joomla's backend from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.
